She graduated from University of Jos in 2015 with LLB (Hon) Second Class Upper Division and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. She started her Legal Career as a Pupil State Counsel during her National Youth Service with the Ministry of Justice, Akwa-Ibom State in 2016/2017. She has worked with S.A Kwasua& Co, before joining the Firm in 2017 as a counsel.

Oluwatoyin is a Chartered Mediator, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Nigeria.
