Nancy graduated from the University of Nigeria, Enugu State, in 2013 with an LL.B (Hon) Second Class Lower Division and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. 

She did her National Youth Service at the Ministry of Justice, Calabar, in 2014 and has worked with Hillcrest Solicitors before joining F.B.A.Nabena & Co. in 2023.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC). She is research-oriented and has a passion for Litigation.
