She graduated from Edo State University, Ekpoma, in the Year 2000 with an LLB (Hons) Second Class Lower Division, and in 2002/2003, she attended the Nigerian Law School and was called the Nigerian Bar in the Year 2003. She also has an M.A. in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from National Open University in 2017.

Mrs Idaewor Aloaye is also an associate member of NIM. She is a versatile and experienced Lawyer, having worked with the National Assembly, Diya Fatimeyin & Co., and Estate Surveyor & valuers in both Abuja and Lagos. She has also worked with the U.K. Marieries & Co., Landmark Practitioners, after her NYSC.

She is research-oriented, focused on Client’s needs by ensuring that she understands their fundamental objectives, maintains communication channels, and utilizes resources efficiently while working on their behalf; she brings loyalty and a positive attitude to all transactions and enjoys exploring new areas of knowledge. 

Mrs Aloaye is also a Specialist in Corporate Practice; she provides legal advisory services on diverse areas of Nigeria Law, including company registration and restructuring, Corporate Governance, Procurement, Labour, and land asset acquisition. She joined F.B.A. NABENA & CO in 2009 and headed the Abuja branch of our Law Firm.
