He is the Managing Principal Partner of F.B.A. Nabena & Co. He is a Notary Public and an accredited Tax Practitioner by CITN as Associate Member of the Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), an Associate member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioner Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), a fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Consultants and a certified Management Consultant. .He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1995 with a Second Class Lower Division Degree in Law and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996 with Second Class Lower Division. He had his National Youth Service Programme in 1996/97 as a State Counsel in the Niger State Ministry of Justice, Minna.

During his N.Y.S.C Programme, he worked with the Directors of Public Prosecution and Civil Litigation and also worked as a Counsel in the Rock Chambers and in the same Service year coordinated the Corps Legal Aid Scheme (the NYSC Community Development Service Programme) in Niger State.

He was adjudged 3^rd best Corp member in the whole of NigerState during his service year and given State Honours Award for that same year. After his Youth Service Programme, he worked briefly with the Rock Chambers before he relocated to Lagos State, where he went into active Legal Practice with Messrs Mike Ozekhome’s Chambers, Legal Practitioners (Notaries Public) formerly at 49 Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos in 1997 and thereafter moved to the Firm of A.O. Adefala & Co. at 22 Mccullum Street, Ebute-Metta, Lagos State.

In 1998, the Managing Principal Partner went into Partnership with Barr. Samuel Igoche under the practice name; Sam and Frank Associates in 1998 before he eventually established F.B.A. Nabena & Co. And in 1999. The Law Firm, F.B.A. Nabena & Co. was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 2^nd of September 1999.

Barr. Frank B.A. Nabenais a very sound lawyer. He has firm grip of the rudiments of Court room affairs, Land Registries, Corporate Affairs and Trade Mark Commission, Insurance Industry, Stock Market as well as Banking Industries. He has personally handled in the course of his practice, matters ranging from Election Petitions, Debt Recoveries, Land matters, Breach of Contract, Divorce and Matrimonial matters, Recovery of premises, Winding up of Companies, Wrongful Termination and Dismissal from Employment, Unlawful dealings in Shares and Securities, Perfection of Legal Mortgages and Debentures, Land and Corporate Searches, Placing of Lien on Shares, Criminal matters, Tax cases, Wills, Probate and other matters including Litigation etc. He presently, supervises the Head Office of the Law firm and other five branches as the managing Principal Partner. He has personal appearance records from Magistrate to the Supreme Court on different practice areas and has handled several ICPC, EFCC and Police Matters.
