Also called Ebi Robert, he graduated from the Niger Delta University in 2016 with second-class upper honors and was later called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2017.

He did his National Youth Corps Service at the Ministry of Justice, Umuahia, Abia State. He also served as a Research Assistant to Hon. Justice Daniel Osiagor of the Federal High Court, Umuahia, after which he worked at Martins & Co, a law firm based in Yenagoa. He garnered some corporate practice in Triax Solicitors, where he operated as the Company Secretary to all the subsidiaries of the Modickson Trust before finally joining FBA Nabena & Co.
