She graduated from the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam, Anambra State, in 2018 with an LL.B (Hon) Second Class Lower Division and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2019. She did her National Youth Service at F.T. Okorotie and Co., after which she worked with Christopher Asiafiti and Co. before joining F.B.A. Nabena & Co. Bayelsa Branch in 2023.

Chidubem is a member of the Amitral Registrar/Secretary at the Abuja Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the National Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and Conciliators. She has a certificate in Google Digital Skills Africa. She is currently running her masters in Law at the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State.

She has served in many capacities and is also a member and the financial secretary Young Lawyers Forum Yenagoa Branch, Bayelsa state. She is hardworking, diligent, dedicated, and has strong advocacy skills.
