He graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka,  in 2013 with a Second Class Lower Division Degree in Law and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. 

Mr. Emmanuel Ogbomade is into Fundamental Rights Enforcement, Litigation Savvy, knowledgeable in arbitration, skillful in commercial law practice, and has worked with Usman Adams & Co. before joining F.B.A. Nabena & Co. in 2020. He is the Head of Chambers, Asaba branch Office in Delta State.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC)
