She is a focused, resourceful, and innovative Human Resources Generalist with over 7 years of work experience in Recruitment/selection and placement, database management and record keeping, overseeing employee health and safety procedures, Employee Relations, Training and Staff Development, Payroll preparation and administration. She also has a penchant for managing staff welfare.

Vivian holds an H.N.D. Degree in Business Administration from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria. She is a registered and Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) with a depth of knowledge in Labour Law as it affects employment policies, processes, and procedures.

She worked with TBWA CONCEPT before joining F.B.A. NABENA & CO. as the Human Resources/ Admin Manager in 2016.
