Rita is a graduate of Niger Delta University with an LL.B (Hons) Second Class Lower Division and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2014. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

She believes that being a good Lawyer means working alongside her Clients, supporting their goals, and applying innovative solutions to their legal issues.

Rita has a penchant for litigation, corporate, and commercial law, and she has, since her call to the Nigerian Bar, been involved in diverse litigation, commercial, and corporate practice. She joined F.B.A Nabena & Co sometime in 2015 and has since then integrated herself into the Firm’s culture of top-notch excellence.

With her excellent work ethic, Rita continually demonstrates her commitment to helping the Firm’s Clients achieve the best possible outcomes in the attainment of their goals. She routinely advises and represents clients in commercial Arbitration and general civil and criminal litigation matters.

She is very resourceful, proactive, intelligent, and smart. She heads our Litigation team in Abuja.
